Crowdfunding : the first 20 names

The Single Register of Insurance, Banking and Finance Intermediaries currently includes twenty participatory financing platforms.

Since 1 October 2014, Orias has been responsible for registering participatory financing platforms. On October 17, 2014, the organization made the first registration decisions.

With regard to investment in securities (shares, bonds, etc.) or crowdequity, five companies already have the status of participatory investment advisers (CIP). It is about: Anaxago, Lumo, Sowefund, Wiseed and Raizers SAS. Their authorization to operate was granted after a review by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) of issues relating to the competence of executives and the operation of these companies' websites. It is recalled that platforms investing in companies via securities may also opt for the status of Investment Service Providers approved by the ACPR.

As for lending platforms for individuals or companies, fifteen currently enjoy the status of Equity Financing Intermediaries (IFP): Compagnie du Financement Participatif - CFP, Credit.fr, Lendopolis, Givemedolz S.A.S, Primus Finance, Fidelfin, IFP Finance, Invex, Lendosphere, Société de Crowdfunding pour PME, Blue Project, Credofunding, Lendix, Les Entreprêteurs and TG Finance. Orias points out that some of these companies have not yet started their activities.
