Raizers' Past Activities
Raizers was founded in September 2014. Raizers is a crowdfunding platform dedicated to financing real estate projects. Previously operating as a crowdfunding investment advisor (“CIP”), Raizers is now authorized by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) under the European status of crowdfunding service provider (“PSFP”).
Non-Guaranteed Investment, Receipt and Transmission of Orders
As part of its PSFP activities, Raizers offers its clients an investment service—without a firm commitment—for securities and instruments approved for crowdfunding purposes issued by project sponsors or by a special-purpose entity, as well as the receipt and transmission of client orders relating to such securities and instruments approved for crowdfunding purposes.
Facilitating the Granting of Loans
Raizers also offers a loan facilitation service. In this regard, and in accordance with European Regulation No. 2020/1503 of October 7, 2020, concerning European crowdfunding service providers, the loan facilitation service promoted by Raizers (Raizers acting solely as an intermediary) must be distinguished from the activities of a credit institution, which grants loans on its own behalf and accepts deposits or other repayable funds from the public.
