Raizers has funded more than 350 million euros with an average return of 10% across more than 340 transactions selected by its team of analysts. Since receiving accreditation in France from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers in 2014, Raizers has expanded into Switzerland, Belgium*, and Luxembourg.

More recently, Raizers has launched a co-financing fund that participates in all submitted projects.

The Creation of Raizers
Maxime Pallain and Grégoire Linder co-founded Raizers, which was registered with the AMF as soon as the CIP regulations took effect.

2019

100 M€ raised
A symbolic milestone has been reached, with more than 100 real estate transactions financed on the platform.

2022

Raizers and Empruntis
Raizers joins the Empruntis Group and strengthens its position as a financing expert.

2024

Expansion in Spain
Opening of an office in Madrid and formation of the local team

2026

Multi-product platform
Raizers is leveraging its rigorous selection process to launch Raizers Patrimoine. It is establishing itself as a multi-asset investment platform.

2016

Swiss Opening
First international expansion with a local presence in Geneva.

2021

Expansion into Belgium and Luxembourg
Raizers now operates in four European countries and has more than 25,000 investors.

2023

European PSFP Accreditation
Obtained the new European approval FP-2023-5, which standardizes the crowdfunding framework.

2025

Co-financing Funds
Launch of a vehicle that co-invests in all of the presented projects, aligning its interests with those of the community.
