Terms and Conditions of the Raizers Patrimoine Welcome Offer as of September 1, 2026
1. Purpose of the Offer
As part of the process of taking out a life insurance policy, a welcome bonus is offered to new policyholders who meet the conditions set forth below.
2. Definitions
Organizing Company: refers to RAIZERS PATRIMOINE, a simplified joint-stock company (SAC) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 884 244 112, and registered with ORIAS as an insurance broker under number 26005767.
Policyholder: refers to the individual who signed the application form, selected the terms of their policy, and designated the beneficiary(ies) in the event of death.
Unit-linked products (UC): refer to the investment vehicles—other than euro-denominated funds and the “Générations Croiss@nce durable” growth fund—that make up life insurance policies. Unit-linked investment vehicles are primarily backed by stocks, bonds, and real estate.
The value of unit-linked investment vehicles may rise or fall depending on market fluctuations.
Initial Payment: The first payment made as part of the purchase of a life insurance product, for which the policyholder specifies the allocation by selected investment vehicle.
3. Eligibility Requirements
This offeris reserved for individuals of legal age who, acting on their own behalf, take out their first life insurance policy distributed by Raizers during the promotion period.
To receive the bonus, the policyholder must:
- have created an account on the Raizers platform and completed their profile,
- make an Initial Payment of at least€3,000,
- invest at least30% of the Initial Payment in Unit-Linked Policies (UC),
-submit a complete application package that has been accepted by the insurer,
- have a policy that has been definitively issued, signed, and has taken effect,
- not have benefited from any other promotional offer regarding management fees or related to the purchase of a life insurance policy offered on the Raizers platform.
4. Bonus Amount
The bonusamount is equal totwo percent (2%) of the Initial Payment, up totwo hundred euros (€200)per subscriber.
5. Payment and Usage Terms
Thebonus will be paid within a maximum oftwo (2) monthsfrom the contract’s effective date, provided that all eligibility requirements are met.
This bonus will be credited to the participant’s electronic wallet, hosted by Mangopay, an electronic money institution and payment service provider. Mangopay’s terms of use are available at www.raizers.com.
Once the bonus has been credited, the participant may, at their discretion:
- (i) Reinvest all or part of the bonus received in private real estate debt products listed on the Raizers platform; or,
- (ii) Request that all or part of the bonus be transferred to the bank account they have provided.
Please note that the e-wallet does not allow for investments in life insurance. Therefore, if the participant wishes to use all or part of the bonus for a life insurance investment, they must submit a transfer request as provided for in point (ii).
6. Exclusion Cases
The benefits of this offer are forfeited, in particular, in the following cases:
· exercise of the right of withdrawal provided for by the Insurance Code,
· cancellation of the application or rejection of the application by the insurer,
· Initial payment of less than €3,000,
· investment in unit-linked funds of less than 30% of the initial payment,
· provision of inaccurate information or fraud.
In the event of total surrender of the policy or cancellation of the application before the premium is actually paid, the premium will not be due.
7. Offer Limitations
The offer is limited toone welcome bonus per policyholder, across all policies and transactions. It cannot be combined with any other promotional offer related to the purchase of the same policy, unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Modification or Termination of the Offer
Raizers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time, provided that the acquired rights of subscribers who have met all eligibility requirements prior to the date of modification or termination are not affected. Unless the Offer is renewed or terminated early, it will end on December 31, 2026.
9. Liability
Participation is the sole responsibility of the Entrant. It requires careful reading and prior acceptance of these rules.
The Organizing Company cannot be held liable, in particular, in the event of:
- failure of the participant’s computer equipment,
- network malfunction or failure of the internet service provider,
- malfunction or failure of the payment service provider Mangopay and/or the participant’s e-wallet hosted by Mangopay,
- malicious interference or hacking of the RAIZERS website,
- force majeure.
The Organizing Company disclaims all liability for any incident or damage of any kind, whether direct or indirect, that may arise from the use of the reward.
10. Important Information
Unit-linked products carry a risk of capital loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
The welcome bonus is a promotional benefit unrelated to the performance of the life insurance policy.
