EARN UP TO €100 ON YOUR NEXT CROWDFUNDING INVESTMENTS
This referral program applies only to private real estate debt products offered by RAIZERS as part of its crowdfunding services.
Article 1 - Definitions
Uppercase terms used in these rules (hereinafter, the“Rules”) that are not defined herein shall be interpreted in accordance with the General Terms of Use of the RAIZERS platform (GTC).
Investor(s): refers to any person who makes a PSFP Subscription on the RAIZERS Platform and pays the corresponding Funding in order to participate in a Crowdfunding Offering.
Investment(s): refers to any payment of Funding corresponding to a PSFP Subscription, that is, the commitment to participate in a Crowdfunding Offering.
Offer or Referral Offer: refers to this referral offer titled “RAIZERS REFERRAL PROGRAM: EARN UP TO €100 ON YOUR NEXT CROWDFUNDING INVESTMENTS.”
Campaign: refers to any Crowdfunding Offer posted on the RAIZERS Platform intended to be funded.
Referring Investor: refers to any Investor on the RAIZERS Platform who refers a new Investor,
Article 2 - How the Referral Program Works
2.1. Bonuses
By opening an account with RAIZERS during the period specified in Article 3.4 of these Terms and subject to meeting the eligibility requirements of the Referral Offer detailed in Article 3 of these Terms:The Referred User receives a €50 bonus for their first Investment of €1,000 or more on the RAIZERS Platform, awarded upon submission of a referral code provided by the Referring Investor.
- The Referred User receives a second €50 bonus following their second Investment of €1,000 or more.
- The Referring Investor receives a €50 bonus following each investment of €1,000 or more made by the referred investor, up to a maximum of two investments per referred investor.
Bonuses will be paid in euros to the wallet associated with the Investor’s or Referring Investor’s account on the RAIZERS Platform and may only be reinvested on the RAIZERS Platform.
2.2. How It Works
2.3.1. Sharing the Referral Code
To receive their bonus, the Referring Investor must share their referral code with their referral(s). RAIZERS sends this code to the Referring Investor via email, and it is also available at any time in the “My Profile” section under “My Referrals” on the RAIZERS Platform, which contains a summary of all the Referring Investor’s referrals. This section also includes the contact information for the Referring Investor’s referrals (address, email, first and last name). The Referring Investor may also, from this section, directly invite their referrals by entering their email addresses.
The referral(s) must enter the referral code when registering on the RAIZERS Platform to benefit from the Offer.
2.3.2. Payment of Bonuses
Bonuses will be paid upon the successful completion of any Transaction financing, that is, when the contractual success threshold of a Crowdfunding Offer is reached.
Written confirmations will be sent to the Referred Investor and the Referring Investor via email upon payment of the bonus.
It is understood that the Referred Investor has a fourteen (14)-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the written confirmation from RAIZERS to cancel their Investment. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next business day. In such a case, RAIZERS must reimburse the referred party for their Investment and shall be entitled to claim reimbursement of the referral bonuses (both the one paid to the Referring Investor and the one paid to the referred party).
If a Transaction were to be funded after the expiration of the Terms and Conditions, the amounts would remain due to the Investor and would be paid in accordance with the terms set forth in the Terms and Conditions.
These amounts will be available in the Investor’s electronic money account, or Wallet, hosted by the institutional partner MangoPay. These amounts may only be used for an Investment via the RAIZERS Platform and cannot be paid out in cash to the Investor.
An Investor Referrer may refer only 10 referrals, and a referral may benefit from the Referral Offer only once. It is understood that if a referred individual does not register on the RAIZERS Platform within one month of receiving the referral code, the Referring Investor may refer another individual in their place. Furthermore, if a referred user registers on the RAIZERS Platform but does not make any investment in a project within six (6) months of registration, the Referring Investor may refer another user in their place.
Article 3 - Terms of Use
3.1. Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Referring Investor
The Referring Investor must have previously invested in a Campaign through the RAIZERS Platform to be eligible for the Referral Offer.
3.2. Conditions applicable to the Referred Investor
The Referred Investor may benefit from the Offer provided they meet the following conditions:
- They may have only one Referring Investor;
- They must not already hold a RAIZERS account as of the date of the referral request;
- They must invest €1,000 or more within 6 months of their registration date. If the referred user has not made an investment within 6 months, the referral code is deactivated;
- They must not be affiliated with a wealth management advisor who has a business relationship with RAIZERS.
3.3. Terms and Conditions of the Offer
RAIZERS reserves the right to refuse or cancel the registration of any User or Investor for any reason (false identity, compliance with anti-money laundering laws, knowledge questionnaire, country of origin or residence, etc.).
RAIZERS reserves the right to cancel or limit the Referral Program if it determines that a Referring Investor or a referred user has created multiple RAIZERS accounts by any means whatsoever (via a third party’s email address, via a work email address different from the personal email address used when creating the account, etc.) and, more generally, when RAIZERS determines that the ultimate beneficiary of the Referral Offer has already benefited from this Offer.
RAIZERS reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer, subject to the publication of a notice on the website www.raizers.com, provided that ten (10) calendar days’ advance notice is given.
3.4. Term and Effective Date
The Terms and Conditions take effect on 12/12/2023. They apply to all Investors registered on the RAIZERS Platform as of that date.
The Referral Offer is valid through 12/31/2026.

Article 5 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute that may arise between the Parties regarding the validity, interpretation, performance, or, more generally, these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court and the Paris Court of Appeals.
